R E S O L V E, revogar os termos da Portaria nº 913/2026, referente a nomeação de TANIA DE FATIMA FERREIRA, para o cargo e Comissão de Assistente de Núcleo, na Secretaria Municipal de Saúde, a partir de 15/06/2026.
